He has difficulty controlling his movements and when he tries to stop these abnormal movements it often makes things worse. He needs help in many different ways including feeding, washing dressing and toileting. He understands a lot however and can speak slowly and also users a special computer which speaks for him. He gets frustrated when people can’t understand what he is trying to communicate. |
