has no unusual facial features. He had problems with hyperactivity as a
younger child in addition to destructive behaviour. He has had ongoing difficulties
in school with poor attentiveness, poor reading skills and general disruptive
behaviour. He has few friends his own age but has recently been hanging
around with some older kids and he has got into trouble with stealing and
has also recently started drinking alcohol. He is due to have an assessment with a developmental pediatrician and a psychologist to see if he has Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder |

| Special Notes: | Justin is very helpful and friendly with staff. He is also easy to talk to. Although he does not enjoy being in school- he is excellent at arithmetic and is really interested in it only when and if he knows he is competing with someone else. He has won several math contests at school. |
